I started painting my first ones
on canvas in 2014 and I found it much more interesting than ordinary
paper. Now I’m literally obsessed with large canvases – it’s the best way
to express myself! My technique became mixed media – I was using
acrylics, gouache and watercolours all at the same time on canvas!
I keep experimenting further with materials, and now I started to use
oil. My paintings mostly have bright, contrasting colours between
them. But sometimes I do a series of works in the same colour palette.
There is one important thing about my artwork style: I have a really bad vision, so I choose bright colors to see them clearly, I’am also too shy so I let my atworks be more express and brave to this world.
Biography
My name is Anastasia and I was born in Latvia. For whole lifetime I developed my skills in art classes, I graduated from a professional art school in Riga. I had two exhibitions abroad: once in Riga “Exhibition 1.4” in 2022 and the second in Lithuania in 2023 was my first personal exhibition “My art fair”.
