BAAM

My work is rooted in the search for meaning within the fragile beauty of the everyday. Working primarily with 35mm film, I embrace its slowness and tactility as a way to pause and anchor myself. Shooting on film allows me to freeze moments that might otherwise slip away in the hectic rhythm of my ADHD mind, transforming fleeting impressions into lasting images. I am drawn to ordinary details that might pass unnoticed, and through the lens I explore how they hold stories of identity, belonging, and transformation. Having lived between different cultures and countries, I approach my subjects with curiosity and empathy. Recently, my practice has expanded into the social field, where I work with marginalized groups and people with mental health issues, using photography as a medium for empowerment and self-expression. My motivation is to open spaces for reflection, tenderness, and new ways of seeing.
