My work is rooted in connection. Through my creative studio, shift, I bring people together—families, friends, wedding guests, and teams—to create something side by side. Painting becomes a shared experience, breaking routines and opening up new ways of communicating.
My own paintings reflect this same belief. I create expressive abstract works that evoke emotion while fitting naturally into contemporary spaces. With nearly 20 years of experience as an Executive Creative Director, I bring a deep understanding of visual culture and create pieces that are both emotionally engaging and aesthetically relevant.
For me, art isn’t something to simply look at. It’s a catalyst for connection, conversation, and shared experiences. Whether on a canvas or around one, my goal is always the same: to bring people together through creativity.
Biography
Hi, I’m Julia.
For nearly 20 years, I’ve worked in the creative industry, most recently as an Executive Creative Director, building brands, leading multidisciplinary teams, and guiding organizations through transformation.
I’ve always been driven by one question: How does real change happen? To me, creativity is not about aesthetics—it’s a way of solving problems, navigating uncertainty, and unlocking new perspectives.
Throughout my career, I’ve coached teams, mentored emerging talent, and facilitated creative processes in complex environments. More recently, I founded shift, a creative studio where people experience change through hands-on creativity rather than theory. By combining strategic thinking with playful, experiential methods, I help individuals and teams reconnect with their creative confidence and develop a solution-oriented mindset.
I’m excited about the opportunity to bring my background in creative leadership, facilitation, and transformation to haam, helping create meaningful experiences that inspire people, strengthen collaboration, and turn change into something people can actively experience.
