Rike Damel (“Dreamlike”) – is the brainchild of a contemporary artist from Berlin. Through her abstract expressive paintings, she expresses the deepest recesses of the human psyche. And now creating surrealistic photographs – captured using diverse AI resources – she offers a glimpse into the parallel worlds of her imagination, exploring with them themes of loneliness, sexuality, longing, memory and loss.
For the artist, this process is a return to an old forgotten hobby – the world of film photography – but it is also much more than that. It’s evolving with time, being quick, utilising new exciting technologies.
