My work explores femininity, freedom, and self-determination through vibrant and symbolic imagery. Drawing from personal experience and imagination, I create scenes where women move through spaces of independence, strength, and emotional openness. Whether on a road with open landscapes, in dialogue with animals, or within intense natural environments, my figures embody a sense of becoming and reclaiming space. Influenced by my Brazilian-German background, I use color, movement, and atmosphere to translate feelings of identity, in-betweenness, and liberation. My practice is rooted in the body, nature, and everyday poetry, where freedom is imagined as both intimate and powerful.
Born in Brazil and raised in Berlin from the age of seven to twenty-five, I grew up between two cultures, never fully belonging to one or the other. This in-betweenness continues to shape my artistic practice. My work is a space where Brazilian and German influences meet through color, form, and atmosphere. My work moves through themes of nature, the body, feminism, and the quiet intensity of daily life. I studied Visual Communication with a focus on Illustration at Udk in Berlin and am currently pursuing my master’s in Illustration at Burg Giebichenstein in Halle.
