BAAM

My painting is a meditation on existence. Existence is sensed through distance—between self, others, and the world—where uncertainty becomes the condition of being. In this distance, the self emerges not as defined by relationships, but as a fleeting awareness separating from them. I record that moment on the canvas.
Within the anonymity of the city, solitude sharpens the perception of existence. Though solitude brings anxiety, it also opens the possibility of freedom. Painting, for me, is an act of contemplation—an attempt to approach the essence of being by blurring forms and boundaries.
Through uncertain outlines, diffused gazes, and repetitive brushstrokes, I seek to erase certainty and move toward truth through emptiness. Rather than representing existence, I approach it by erasing, dissolving, and rediscovering the self—a repetitive act of both affirmation and dismantling.
