Hilkka Geyssel is a Finnish artist, living and working in Berlin. Studied literature in Helsinki, Finland. Moved to germany in 1970.
Spent 20 years in Porto, Portugal, where she founded a German bookstore, and in Paraty, Brasil.
Continued education as a painter at several art schools and academies.
In 2024 she opened the atelier/gallery “Hiski” in Berlin-Kreuzberg
