BAAM

Fritzi Ehlert

I work primarily with acrylics and textured surfaces, often incorporating mixed media such as chalk, coffee, and cardboard to create depth, character, and a tactile quality.

I want to capture and express impressions and emotions that are often difficult to put into words. Painting creates space for new ideas, unexpected moments, and personal growth. Many of my works evolve intuitively, developing layer by layer.
I believe that art has the power to transform spaces and connect with people on an emotional level. My paintings are created not only to be visually beautiful, but to evoke a sense of calm and translates the power of reset that some moments in nature allow. Through my workshops, I also hope to share the joy of the creative process and inspire others to explore their own creativity.

Biography

I live in Hamburg, where I create semi-abstract landscape paintings inspired by the sea and organic shapes of nature. I began painting in 2019 and have since developed my own artistic approach, combining acrylic paint with textured materials such as chalk, sand and marble powder.

My work has been shown in exhibitions and art spaces across Hamburg. In August 2026, I presented my solo exhibition “New Perspectives” at MUMA Gallery in Hamburg, exploring the effect of new perspectives.
Since 2025, I have been working full-time as an independent artist in Hamburg.
