Metaconsciousness
The series builds on the “Redefining old patterns” body of work, shifting the focus from observing social structures to the conditions of their transformation. It centers on the question of which forms of perception, reflection, and consciousness are required to move beyond established thought and action patterns.
The works are conceived as chapters of speculative consciousness research. They combine abstract visual spaces with a fictional scientific language that offers new perspectives rather than definitive answers.
Grids, fields, overlays, and signals appear as visual models of internal processes—as cartographies of a territory that eludes clear description.
Metaconsciousness is not a representation of consciousness; the series sees itself as an investigation into its potential expansion.
