Veronika Zaripova

My practice focuses on working with image, primitive material, and spatial context. Through visual media, I explore how forms, surfaces, and fragments of the environment can hold traces of memory and experience. In my work, I engage in the process of collecting and reinterpreting these fragments, creating compositions where visual connections emerge between personal memory and bodily experience.

Veronika Zaripova is a Berlin-based artist and architect working at the intersection of visual and spatial practices. Her master’s research at TU Berlin, focused on performative spaces, continues to inform her artistic and pedagogical work. Veronika works as a graphic designer in the Architecture Department of the German Archaeological Institute and teaches Experimental Design at Kunstschule Berlin, also leading workshops that combine spatial research with visual practice. Her projects, performances, and installations have been presented in Berlin and abroad, including Manifesta 14 and Berlin Art Week.
