Open Call for BAAM#9
A new edition of the Berlin Artists Art Market is coming this spring and the applications are already open from today on ☄️✨
BAAM9 will take place from Friday, 23 until Sunday, 25 May 2025. Please submit your proposals, including pictures and personal data, by filling out the following application form.

Deadline: Friday, 21 March at 6 pm.
Results will be published on Friday, 18. April. All kinds of artworks are accepted, such as paintings, drawings, sculptures, prints, photographs, installations, mixed media, etc.
To Apply
• Price Range: Your artworks can be priced between €50 to €7500, including your taxes and the 30% commission of BAAM. Remember, keep it affordable!
• Artwork Limits: Submit your proposals up to 10 small-format no-framed pieces (max. A2) for table display, and max. 10 artworks for wall hanging (no size limit). As the space is limited, the curators will decide how many works of your proposal are going to be displayed.
• Application fee of 10€ (5€ for students). This small commission will help us involving curators to review the big amount of proposals. More info about this in point 10 on this FORM. Thank you for your understanding and support!

For accepted Artists
• Registration Fee: Accepted artists pay a registration fee of 40€ (20€ for students) and sign a contract before the market.
• Commission Split: You’ll receive 70% of the net sale price -tax included-, while BAAM keeps 30% to cover the whole production of the event.
• Tax Requirements: Make sure you have a tax number to issue invoices in Germany. If you are registered to pay taxes in another country, we need your Certificate of fiscal residency.
• Set up and dismounting: It is exclusive responsibility of the accepted artists. The set-up will take place 3 days before the opening between Monday 19. and Wednesday 21. May; the dismounting will take place on Monday 26. May. In case you are not able to set-up your artworks by yourself, you will be able to book a private assistant to support you for 20€.
