The camera has accompanied me since I was nine years old. I like to photograph at night, using colourful LED lights to create atmospheres that feel otherworldly – like walking in a dream. Many of my images go through several transformations: printed on simple printers, rescanned, and reworked until the colours blur and dissolve, and the image itself begins to shift. In this series, I printed the photographs on cotton fabric, which adds a tactile, almost sculptural quality. I try to capture moments that feel somewhere between real and imagined – pictures that paint with light and colour, picturing the subtle, magical moments that often go unseen.
